Pension or Real Estate
I am in my late 50s and going through a divorce. I do not have a pension and I have no intention of retiring any time soon, but one never knows what the future holds.
My question is related to whether I should go for a larger percent of the house my husband and I own and relinquish claim to his pension, or go for a smaller percent of the house and claim half his pension.
