Why is BC Assessment so out of date showing homes that were demolished and replaced years ago?
In the US where we spend the winter months real estate info is so much more accessible showing value changes over the past 10 years along with recent sale values, owners names etc. BC Assessment info is antiquated and the real estate industry lobbies to keep it opaque for some reason. More buyer information is a good thing.
