To sell or not sell condo in North Surrey?
We are thinking of buy a property in Port Colborne Ontario and there, it’s my husband’s home town. We own a 25 year old desirable condos in N. Surrey. It’s very nicely renovated and on the 18th floor of a high rise and is 1300 sq ft. Places are selling very well in our building and we suspect ours would sell for a good price. My question is , would it be wise to sell now while the Surrey market is strong or would waiting a year be too late to capitalize on the current hot market? Toronto’s market prices appear to be dropping a bit so we thought it would be a good time to sell our condo at a good price and buy in Ontario.
