Looking for Mortgage Broker in Florida that Works with Canadians
Hi, I have a building lot that I own outright in Destin, Florida and I am looking for a mortgage broker in the US that works with Canadians. I am looking at a construction mortgage to build a home on the property. Any help would be appreciated. I tried 2 US lenders and one said they don’t work with Canadians and another said they can’t understand our Canadian tax returns. thank you
