is a seller allowed to make significant chamges to a property when there is a pending sale in place?
We recently had a sale pending on a property we were interested in purchasing. However between the time the we and the sellers agreed on a price and all conditions were removed the seller made significant changes to the lot which changed our desire to continue with the purchase. Is ot legal for a seller to make lot changes when a sale is pending? Do we have recourse to get our investment into inspections returned?
