I am not sure if i should sell my westvan home now or next year?
I am moving into my new apartment in fall of 2022.
I am tempted to sell my house in West Vancouver in Sept 2021 as this will enable me to pay for the apartment in 2022.
If i sell now,i will loose the rental income ( 4500$) until i am ready to purchase the new apartment which is still 1 year away.
What would you recommend.
take advantage of the hot market now or continue to rent it for 1 more year and then sell it next year in Summer>
