Final mortgage stage
I’m a recent American PR to Canada. My husband and I are buying a Strata and have gotten bank approval and thru them CMHC approval just today!! Now we get an email from bank saying
“The application was approved by CMHC. The insurance premium is $2888.00. Now awaiting for the final approval from our analysts.”
what does this mean?? Not the premium part but the awaiting for final approval from our analysts?? They told us two weeks ago we were approved!!
